Work on the card
-We are now going to do some graphic work with you.
Pay close attention
Here’s card number 1.
From starting point right 10 ticks, down 6 ticks, left 10 ticks, up 6 ticks and join together.
Card number 2.
From the starting point to the right diagonal mark 6 nets, to the left diagonal mark 10 nets, to the left diagonal mark 6 nets and join them

Measure the sides of this figure using a ruler and sign them.
Mutual check using the key
Criterion grading is used
Accuracy 1b
Precise dimensions 2b
Identified and marked the vertices of the figure 2b
Practical part of the work
Step 1. Draw a circle with a compass and cut it out, drawing two lines from the centre to make a triangle like in the picture

Step 2. Cut out one line of the triangle, and twist into a cone

Step 3. Glue our cone together and attach it with plasticine to the tube so that it looks like an umbrella, and then fix the finished umbrella with plasticine to the cardboard paper

Step 4. Take a piece of paper and cut it out to a size of 16×3 cm. Fold it so that it forms a rectangle and glue it together

Step 5. Draw the triangle from the drawing

Step 6. Next, cut out and assemble the triangle as in the video
Glue our finished triangle onto cardboard paper, you can even draw a door as if it were a pet house

Step 7. Our 3d geodome is ready, if you wish you can cut out different shapes from the paper and fix them next to each other with plasticine

Conclusion
In this project, pupils have learned
how to recognise geometric shapes
how to draw a shape correctly
And made a house composition with their own hands out of a figure

On this project, each student is awarded a STEAM title, by category:
– You have independently, studied shapes, drawn and counted their angles you are a true scientist – a mathematician!
– You have made a geocomposition of a house on your own you are a real architect!
– You have developed teamwork skills through group work
