Necessary materials:
For preparing sensitivity squares:
- Blotter paper (or other absorbent paper like filter paper)
- Scissors or paper cutter

- Permanent marker or pen
- Test substances: iodine solution, ethyl alcohol, antibacterial soap solution, other antiseptics, chlorhexidine or hydrogen peroxide

For inoculating the agar plate:
- Petri dishes

- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- beef bouillon - 1 cube
