Project presentation

This week, students should present their finished project on the following points:

Oil and gas industry in Kazakhstan.

Report or presentation (together with the team). Fields, Refining, Transportation, Oil Extraction Methods

Laboratory research:

Finished prototype oil pump

Conclusion

Thus, in this project, the students studied and researched the oil and gas field. Did research work. We studied the mechanism and principle of operation of oil pumping chairs. They also made a model of an oil well.

Moreover, they developed communication skills, critical thinking, collaboration and presentation skills.

Problem based learning is a teaching method in which students acquire knowledge and skills by working on a single project for 3 or 4 weeks to explore and find an answer to a genuine, interesting and complex question, problem or challenge (follow the PBL Rubrics link to the rubrics).
