This project is aimed at developing students’ creativity while exploring the lifestyle and material culture of Turkic peoples. Students will create a dish from paper pulp (recycled paper), using materials that resemble natural ones used in daily life by ancient Turkic communities.

  • Warm water
  • Egg carton (10-12 slots)
  • A4 paper - 10 sheets
  • Flour - 200-250 g
  • Salt - 40 g (2 tablespoons)
  • PVA glue - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Gauze
  • Deep bowl, whisk, measuring containers, spoon, blender
