About course

In this project students will learn about space and time. They will learn how time was determined in ancient times by using shadows. They will make their own sundial from handmade materials.

  • - white cardboard paper - 1 pc
  • - compass (or circular material - plate, etc.) - 1 pc
  • - pencil
  • - marker (felt-tip pen) - red/blue - 1 pc
  • - ruler (protractor) - 1 pc
  • - plasticine - 1 pc
  • - gnomon (wooden pointer-stick) - 1 pc
  • - Torch for sundial
